Real Estate Marketing Assistant 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Wilmington, NC 28403 We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage our campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience generating content, gaining followers, managing posts, and creating email campaigns. This position will assist in our efforts to engage our current and potential customers with quality and consistent content, as well as administer our company’s social media marketing and advertising for the office and for the agents. Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized Creates posts and emails for distribution marketing, just listed and just sold statuses for all agents. Keeps social media accounts up to date and active in the market. Creates posts and communications to announce agent recognition and office successes. Create email campaigns and marketing for all agents and the office. Assists in office client and agent events. Assists the office administrator in duties and is a backup when the administrator is away.
