Glenaire is an accredited, Presbyterian-sponsored continuing care retirement community (CCRC) for seniors located in Cary, N.C. Requirements:

Must enjoy working with an older adult population Excellent written and verbal communication skills with potential residents, community members, and team members Must be able to function well within and enjoy a team environment Outstanding organizational skills Able to manage multiple tasks at once and switch gears seamlessly Proficient computer skills, including software such as Word and Excel High School Diploma required, and 6-12 months related experience preferred Customer relations management software experience desired Experience with event planning a plus!

Responsibilities:

Will assist and support in developing and maintaining Residents of the Future Help to manage the sales team calendar of events and appointments May provide community tours Organizes completion of paperwork and entry into the system Assists new residents leading up to and during move-in Assist in planning and hosting Resident of the Future events Works under the supervision of the Executive Director, reports directly to the Sales Director Bring your passion-
