Job Description
Administrative & Marketing Assistant Kennedy Electrical & Contracting Boone, NC 28607 • Hybrid work
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide courteous, prompt responses to customer inquiries Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians Follow up on quotes, work orders, and customer feedback Maintain client records and CRM entries Administrative Support Organize invoices, receipts, and timesheets Assist with permit applications and inspection scheduling Maintain organized job files (physical or digital) Order and track office or job-related supplies Marketing Assistance Help manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, etc.) Post updates, specials, and project photos with provided templates or guidance Monitor online reviews and coordinate replies Assist with email campaigns or mailer distribution
Preferred Skills & Traits:
Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with basic office software (Google Workspace, QuickBooks, etc.) Comfortable using social media for business Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

$20.82 – $25.07 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
