Marketing Content Assistant Tweetsie Railroad 300 Tweetsie Railroad Ln, Blowing Rock, NC 28605 We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Content Assistant to support our Marketing Director. This entry-level role is ideal for an early-career individual with strong time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and an innate eye for good design. The successful candidate will work on-site and be able to work independently after initial training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Director with day-to-day marketing tasks
• Update existing print graphics and digital content as directed
• Draft and schedule social media posts
• Take and edit photographs for promotional materials and social media
• Update pre-written email content and website copy as needed
• Manage digital marquee or video content updates
• Complete online submissions for special events
• Proofread all content for accuracy and quality

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp
• Familiarity with social media management tools and Meta Business Suite
• Basic knowledge of content management systems like Crowdriff
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread own work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Schedule:

• Part-time position, including some weekends, holidays, or evenings based on special events
• On-site work only; no hybrid or remote options available

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or relevant coursework in graphic design, digital media, or related field
• Natural eye for good design and aesthetic sensibility
• Ability to work independently after initial training
