Summary:

The Marketing Assistant oversees various marketing initiatives, such as management of social media platforms, promotion of trainings and special events, product promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns. Job Duties Craft compelling positioning and messaging narratives across different audiences

  • customers, vendors, employees Assist in creating print and multimedia sales and marketing initiatives and programs that support the overall company vision, strategy, and message Develop and publish digital content that expands our brand awareness and customer engagement via our website, email, and text campaigns Coordinate maintenance of social media presence to set the company apart from industry competition Develop detailed communication plans for company events and initiatives to increase awareness and drive attendance Support other departments to ensure marketing and communication needs are met Create relevant marketing materials that explain the value proposition, products, and services to various internal and external customers Travels as needed to various branches or other locations from time to time Maintains proficiency with company computer systems in aspects related to the job, such as data entry, messaging, call logs, data notations, queue updates, batching, or other job & office functions and requirements Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of a High School diploma or its GED equivalent and ba achelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field Bachelor’s degree

  • concentration in Marketing, Management, or business is preferred At least 4 years’ experience with marketing, management, business and related functions Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Digital Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn), and Photoshop Knowledge of MS Office applications as needed to satisfactorily perform work assignments
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, as well as have the ability to learn company enterprise systems as needed Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis High degree of personal ethics, customer service, and commitment to safety Must be organized, able to prioritize, set and keep deadlines, change direction quickly, and adapt to various work environments easily Must be able to work independently and at times discreetly, use sound judgement, and make thoughtful decisions in a timely manner Must be able to communicate well interpersonally, written, and in group settings as well as follow verbal and written instructions Must be able to work effectively in a group setting through collaborative, solutions-oriented, and win-win approaches Must be able to understand and abide by company policies and procedures Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute
