Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Research and source new influencer and affiliate partners across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, etc.) Assist with daily outreach and follow-up communication Help manage influencer product shipments and gifting logistics Track campaign status and maintain spreadsheets, calendars, and reports Pull performance data and assist with monthly recap reporting Conduct market research on influencer trends, competitive brand activity, and new platforms Help organize and streamline processes to ensure campaigns run smoothly Support other administrative or coordination tasks as needed

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing Strong communication and follow-up skills — you’re comfortable managing lots of conversations at once Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel; bonus if you’ve worked with affiliate platforms like Impact, ShareASale, or Grin Passion for beauty, skincare, or wellness is a plus!
