Full-Time Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and results-driven Marketing Associate to lead our digital and email marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns across social media and email platforms, with a strong focus on Pardot for marketing automation and Hootsuite for social media management. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in end-to-end tradeshow planning and execution , ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. Utilize Hootsuite to schedule, monitor, and analyze social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). Email Marketing & Automation Design and execute targeted email campaigns using Pardot platform , including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Maintain and optimize lead nurturing workflows and drip campaigns. Tradeshow & Event Marketing Plan and coordinate company presence at industry tradeshows and events. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging, booth design, and promotional materials. Analytics & Reporting Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs such as CTR, open rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience accepted. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and email campaigns. Knowledge of Pardot and Hootsuite is preferred; Adobe Suite is a PLUS! Familiar with Mailchimp, Magento and Canva . Demonstrated success in planning, executing tradeshows or live events and vendor management. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics. Self-Starter, excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Full-time Pay:
$55,058.00 – $58,507.00 per year
