Overview:

We’re looking for a committed Lives Host & Marketing Assistant who will be an essential part of our in-house marketing team. This is not just a “host” job. Yes, you’ll go live and create content — but you’ll also assist in planning, scheduling, customer service, store operations, and help drive the success of one of the fastest-growing feminine wellness brands. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, supporting live sales, content production, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Hosting and/or moderating TikTok and Instagram Lives Provide front-of-store support whenever needed during working hours

Requirements:

Comfortable hosting lives and being on camera regularly Strong communication and sales presentation skills Flexible availability including PM shifts and weekends Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Familiar with TikTok and Instagram content formats and sales culture Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Works well in a collaborative environment with tight deadlines

Bonus If You Have:

Experience in live selling or customer-facing roles Background in content creation, retail, beauty, or wellness Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Shopify, or TikTok Shop Confidence with basic customer support or order flow
