Job Description

HR Marketing Assistant/Payroll Core Health Management Rockville Centre, NY 11570 The Company Core Health Management is a Healthcare Management Service Organization (MSO) that provides all administrative support for behavioral health and healthcare practitioners including scheduling, billing, credentialing, recruiting, onboarding, and other related administrative tasks. The Position The HR Marketing Assistant supports our employee population by providing the structure, care and development needed for individual employees to be successful in their own careers, which in turn contributes to the overall growth and success of the company. As the HR Marketing Assistant, you will be providing administrative support in the Human Resources Department with a concentration in payroll and marketing. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, experienced, or highly interested in web design and marketing, familiar with our HRIS, and experienced with running payroll for a small to medium sized company (1-100 employees). The position has the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor weekly timesheets. Review timesheets that are not approved. Assist employees with timekeeping inquiries, personnel inquiries, monitoring of staff on leave and conducting appropriate follow-up with employees who are expected to return to duty. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    run bi-monthly payroll, coordinate health insurance benefits and enrollment, retirement plan benefits, and other related benefits.

  • Performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retaining talent, including posting job ads and follow-up on job applications, onboarding and training, coaching and counseling.
  • Maintain highly organized workflows and provide excellent internal customer service, which will be critical in ensuring that all companies function smoothly and effectively so that each company can meet their strategic goals.
  • Support employee engagement, organize HR team events and activities.
  • Implement strategies to promote content through social media and other web-based outlets. Maintain and update social media communications of all types including Facebook, Instagram, company websites, and more. Proofread and edit blog content.
  • Encourage inclusion, well-being, and positive employee experiences
  • be mindful of the impact on colleagues & represent a level of excellence.
  • All other duties assigned by the supervisor.

$50,000.00

  • $60,000.
