Full-Time; Seasonal (10 Weeks): 8/11/2025 – 10/17/25
RATE:
$22/hour, with overtime after 40 hours of work in a week
JOB OVERVIEW
The Account Assistant supports the work of the department Vice President in managing and executing all deliverables for the festival’s Presenting Partner.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Working closely with the P&A team, support the Partnerships ticketing and RSVP fulfillment process. Schedule Partner meetings and write clear, thorough agendas and recaps. Collaborate internally with the appropriate teams on the Presenting Partner’s gifting strategy and execution. Assist with trafficking and obtaining approvals on creative assets relevant to the Presenting Partner. Help with hospitality at screenings and events attended by the guests of the Presenting Partner. Write and brief the appropriate photographer(s) on shot lists for the Presenting Partner’s presence and activations. Aggregate, organize, and select Partner’s proof of performance assets, screenshots, and photography.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED 1-2
years of work experience either during college or post-graduation Strong competency in Google Suite Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills Availability to work on evenings and weekends during NYFF63 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders Professionalism and appropriate decorum when interacting with colleagues and partners Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, take initiative, anticipate challenges, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure
