New York, NY A fast-growing technology provider serving the professional services industry is seeking an Associate Integrated Marketing Manager to help drive customer engagement and demand through well-executed, multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer looking to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Position Overview The Associate Integrated Marketing Manager will support the execution of integrated marketing plans for designated product portfolios. The role includes managing a variety of marketing activities—from email campaigns and social media content to event promotion, sales enablement, and performance reporting. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3x per week in office in Midtown. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing plans focused on customer acquisition, retention, and awareness
Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SEO/SEM, social media, advertising, trade shows, and webinars/events
Write compelling marketing content for emails, ads, blogs, web pages, FAQs, tip sheets, and other collateral
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage timelines and deliverables
Monitor and report on campaign performance; analyze results and recommend optimizations
Maintain and organize marketing calendars, content libraries, and folders
Manage targeted campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot)
Support webinar and event promotions through end-to-end campaign coordination
Prepare presentation materials and contribute to business review documentation
Conduct A/B testing and recommend creative or tactical improvements based on data insights
Track and report on ad placements and campaign metrics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-4+ years of B2B marketing experience (experience in tech or professional services is a plus)
Demonstrated experience supporting or managing integrated marketing campaigns that meet performance goals
Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to craft effective messaging across multiple formats
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot), email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media tools
Solid analytical skills; able to interpret data and apply insights
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience with A/B testing and marketing analytics a plus
