YOUR IMPACT

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in advancing our digital strategy by supporting the Director of Digital & Marketing Technology across a range of high-impact initiatives. You’ll be hands-on in executing campaigns through HubSpot, optimizing content across our website and mobile app, implementing SEO best practices, and providing cross-functional support to internal stakeholders. Your contributions will directly enhance user experience, drive engagement, and improve marketing performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and fluent in marketing automation platforms—especially HubSpot—with a passion for using technology to deliver measurable results. Content Development & Management Develop and manage digital marketing content across email, web, and mobile app, including both visual and copy assets Maintain and update CMS content such as gym information, promotional codes, blogs, and landing pages Own and manage the digital content calendar, ensuring timely updates and alignment with broader marketing campaigns Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital content workflows HubSpot Execution & Marketing Automation Execute a wide range of HubSpot projects, including: CTAs, lists, forms, emails, landing pages, workflows, and reports Support marketing operations with data integrity and process improvement tasks SEO & Web Optimization Coordinate and implement SEO-informed content strategies to increase organic traffic and improve performance on crunch.com Audit and update content to align with SEO best practices and optimize for search visibility App & Customer Experience Manage and deploy content updates across the Crunch App Respond to app store reviews and assist with customer service tickets related to web and app platforms Analytics & Performance Reporting Monitor and audit content and campaign performance Provide reports and insights to support ongoing optimization of engagement, reach, and conversions Collaboration & Training Support Collaborate with internal teams to plan and support educational webinars for staff on digital marketing tools and practices Contribute to cross-functional digital initiatives by participating in audits, testing, and internal tool enhancements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

To be successful in this role, you should bring a mix of creative, technical, and organizational strengths. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and excited to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced marketing environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or content services Proficient with HubSpot, including strong design skills for creating visually engaging emails and landing pages using drag-and-drop tools Solid understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX/UI), with hands-on experience developing design concepts across digital platforms Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress and mobile app content management systems Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools to optimize content and drive organic performance Familiarity with text-to-image AI tools for generating visual content to support digital marketing and creative initiatives Experience managing content calendars and contributing to or maintaining marketing SOPs Excellent communication skills — written, visual, and verbal Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Confident presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
