The brand needs a strong retail network and e-commerce platform to deliver exceptional client experiences and nurture client relationships, to make the most of the promising North American market. Who You Are The Digital Marketing Senior Associate of Level Shoes will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. S/he will collaborate with creative teams, manage influencer partnerships, and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and maximize ROI. By monitoring the brand’s online reputation and staying updated on industry trends, they drive engagement, brand growth, and innovative marketing strategies. What You’ll Do Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads Conduct daily optimization of campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI Provide weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content tailored to each platform Manage and grow relationships with influencers to drive brand engagement and reach Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI Monitor Brand’s online reputation to identify opportunities and conduct testing across all channels Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies What You Bring Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

Influencer Marketing Knowledge:

Understanding of influencer selection, collaboration, and performance measurement Experience in luxury fashion marketing Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, brand positioning, and crafting campaigns that align with high-end market expectations Strong analytical skills and familiarity with key performance metrics in digital marketing Growth mindset: a proactive approach to learning and innovation, with a focus on continuous improvement and embracing challenges as opportunities Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strategic Thinking:

ability to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives

Creative Collaboration:

strong sense of creativity to develop impactful campaigns in partnership with designers and content teams Data-driven decision making

ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
