Who You Are The Digital Marketing Senior Associate of Level Shoes will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. S/he will collaborate with creative teams, manage influencer partnerships, and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and maximize ROI. By monitoring the brand’s online reputation and staying updated on industry trends, they drive engagement, brand growth, and innovative marketing strategies. What You’ll Do Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads Conduct daily optimization of campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI Provide weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content tailored to each platform Manage and grow relationships with influencers to drive brand engagement and reach Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI Monitor Brand’s online reputation to identify opportunities and conduct testing across all channels Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies What You Bring Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

Influencer Marketing Knowledge:
