Meredith Marks is seeking a dedicated Marketing and Executive Assistant to contribute directly to the continued growth of our brand. This dual-role position blends hands-on marketing responsibilities with high-level administrative support to the Director of Business Development. It’s an ideal opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, organization, and brand building. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role offering insight into both strategic marketing initiatives and the operational side of executive support. Compensation will be discussed based on experience and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support Content Creation & Social Media:
Assist in developing and editing content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok Schedule, post, and monitor content performance Support creation of marketing materials including newsletters, website updates, blog posts, and promotional flyers
Market Research & Analytics:
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior Collect and analyze campaign data to inform future marketing efforts
Campaign Execution:
Assist in launching and tracking marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media ads, paid campaigns) Support the preparation of performance reports and campaign analysis
Executive & Administrative Support Communication:
Liaise with external partners on behalf of the executive Draft and edit emails, presentations, and internal documents
Organization & Admin:
Run errands related to jewelry production Assist with meeting prep including agendas, note-taking, and scheduling logistics Maintain internal databases and organize documents for marketing and executive needs Provide ad hoc support as required
Qualifications:
Based in New York City Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Passion for marketing, branding, and operational support Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools preferred Must be okay with 20 hours/week (4 half days)
