Marketing Operations Contractor Our client is looking for a strategic, imaginative andresults-oriented marketer to join its Media Group. You will beresponsible for shaping and driving all media programs for clientwhere we bring passion and excitement to the client?s brand, getmore people to think, talk about client and ultimately use clientmore often. We want someone with a proven track record of driving ROI, customeracquisition, and deep user engagements through innovative mediaprograms. The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for thesuccessful management of campaigns, partnering with bothinternal/external to deliver smart direct marketing recommendationsand strategy. The people hired into this role will be an integralpart of the overall team?s success. Responsibilities ? Work with internal groups to build campaigns that drive revenueand impact on both perception and user behavior ? Manage the set-up process for new ad campaigns, includingintegration, uploading, scheduling, launching, tracking, andreporting ? Obtain creative materials from internal and external parties(advertisers/agencies), ensure all advertising assets areaccurately captured ? Manage the ad test & QA process, ensuring ads display properlyand the creative meets specs, and click-through works properly ? Work with Media Strategist to monitor, revise, and optimize adcampaigns to ensure full delivery and achieve optimal creativeperformance ? Troubleshoot and communicate with Media team and external parties(agencies) on creative and operational campaign performance issuesas well as inaccuracies or problems, and provide suggestions on howto solve ? Generate and analyze internal and 3rd party reports Requirements ? Bachelors degree ? 3+ years experience in digital ad operations in either atrafficking or sales support role ? Familiarity of 3rd party ad serving networks ? Demonstrated track record of driving both brand affinity and userresponse/engagement through media programs ? Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently torecognize, troubleshoot, and solve problems. Critical thinking andcommon sense are essential to success in this role ? Proven capability in managing projects, meeting deadlines, andjuggling requests ? Solid experience in managing clients and setting appropriateexpectations ? Candidates should be comfortable interpreting marketing data andworking with numbers ? Superb program management skills and attention to detail ?
