Adecco Creative & Marketing is assisting local client in theirsearch for a top notch Marketing Generalist! This is a one-yearcontract position for the right candidate. The marketing generalists’ primary responsibility will be to createmarketing leverage across the marketing and sales networks (i.e.,Sectors, LOS, Geographies, Sales, Brand, Thought Leadership, etc.).The Marketing Generalist works with supervision by more seniorgeneralists to execute on marketing projects and programs. Top Responsibilities for the Marketing Generalist include but arenot limited to: -Technical knowledge of 3 discrete marketing processes and isdeployed on those projects where their marketing specialization isrequired. -This position will be expected to adapt to different tasks, asneeded, across the marketing organization in support of dedicatedmarketing and sales networks. Requirements for the Marketing Generalist include: -At least 3+ years of marketing experience in a myriad of marketingfunctions required. -Specialization in a minimum of 1 marketing function (i.e.,advertising, public relations, event planning, market research,customer loyalty, etc.) -Technical knowledge of 5 of the following discrete marketingprocesses: event planning/logistics, video production, websitearchitecture/design, podcast/MP3 production, excellent writingstandards, mass mailing/emailing, database marketing, producingliterature (graphic layout, writing, editing, proofreading, printproduction, in-house production, electronic distribution, etc.),specialty advertising items, signage, issuing press releases,developing media and advertising plans, sourcing editorialcalendars, focus group logistics, quantitative/qualitative surveydevelopment, compiling research results, writing researchspecifications, application of brand expression, and management ofpublications. -Superior project management skills required -An undergraduate degree in marketing or like field (i.e.,communications, public relations, advertising, etc.) desired.
