The Product Marketing Analyst will report to the Vice President of BAMS Global Product. This role functions to align and support Product, Business, and Global Sales and Marketing Solutions (GSMS) stakeholders to execute effective and data driven product go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and retention. This function is critical in driving consistency of Product Marketing process and collateral best practices across Broadridge Asset Management Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-market support Facilitate cross-functional meetings and partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing stakeholders to align on key messaging, product strategy, and go-to-market plans, ensuring stakeholder buy-in across teams Partner with Product Managers to understand enhancements to existing products and determine communication strategy to drive client awareness, adoption and engagement Collateral creation Collaborate with key stakeholders to produce high-quality product collateral, including product guides, enablement resources, competitive battlecards, presentations, and sales tools, that articulate product value and support internal teams Product roadmap publication Own the product roadmap publication process to ensure Product Managers regularly publish and update product roadmaps, facilitating visibility and alignment across all stakeholder groups Lead quarterly product roadmap review with Product, Business, Sales, Account Management, and Client Service stakeholders Product performance evaluation Drive establishment of consistent product telemetry Synthesize key insights and metrics from product adoption, engagement, surveys, etc. to inform product roadmap and strategies Market analysis Analyze market trends, customer needs, sales feedback and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform product and marketing strategies Program Management Maintain product marketing planner to track delivery and effectiveness of all Product Marketing efforts Prepare presentations, quarterly updates, and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing analytics, or a related role Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics) Working knowledge of marketing technology platforms (CRM, automation, survey tools, etc.) Experience working in technology, SaaS, or B2B markets is a plus Experience working with the Investment Lifecycle is a plus Salary range $80,000.00- $85,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
