What You’ll Do We’re hiring an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Associate to help build our client base and promote the TitleVest brand. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, loves people, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. You’ll help support both outreach and marketing efforts while delivering an excellent customer experience. You don’t need experience in real estate or sales to join us—just resourcefulness, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for connecting with others. We’ll teach you the rest. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate, marketing, or business development with a company that’s growing too.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support:

Reach out to potential clients and referral partners (realtors, attorneys, lenders, etc.) Set up appointments and assist with follow-ups and relationship-building Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth communication throughout transactions Represent TitleVest at virtual or local networking events and meetings

Marketing Support:

Assist with creating and posting content for social media and email campaigns Help develop simple marketing materials (flyers, templates, etc.) Brainstorm and help execute on event creation and event management Monitor digital engagement and contribute ideas for brand growth Stay informed about industry trends and competitors What You’ll Bring No formal education or prior industry experience required Must be comfortable talking to people via phone, email, and in person Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Willingness to learn tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and simple

Pay Range:

$28.59 – $38.13 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
