Job Description
DescriptionZappos is looking for a strategic leader to build and scale our influencer program, driving measurable business impact through influencer partnerships and innovation. This position reports to the Head of Influencer Marketing for Zappos and Shopbop. In this role, you will inspire and lead an influencer team setting clear goals and targets for the business. The ideal candidate is a builder, who has management experience and a solid understanding of affiliate marketing, and influencer behavior, along with experience in digital media, tech, and partnerships. You excel at using data to guide decisions, working through ambiguity, and managing multiple projects at once. Success in this position demands a proven track record in influencer marketing, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging marketing channels, while optimizing existing programs for maximum impact and revenue generation. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer strategy that drive measurable business results
- Build the operational framework through internal tools and systems to scale the influencer programs
- Drive program growth through new partner acquisition and existing relationship optimization
- Create and monitor KPIs, analytics, and reporting frameworks
- Manage program budgets and ROI
- Develop stronger program management tools and weekly reporting that improves the overall influencer experience and reduces manual dependencies
- Lead a team and collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders (Buying, Merchandising, Social, and Tech) to drive business initiativesBasic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Bachelors DegreePreferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge within the Influencer marketing space
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
