Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Field Marketing Assistant to help us reach potential property occupants. Your primary responsibility will be to drive through designated neighborhoods and deliver fliers to properties we are targeting for purchase.

Responsibilities:

Drive through specific areas in Queens, NY to identify and visit designated properties Deliver fliers to properties (typically leave at the door or mailbox) Take photos (via phone) of each property after flier drop for tracking purposes Maintain a log of properties visited Report daily progress and communicate any occupant interactions or property notes

Qualifications:
