Marketing Assistant Full Time – Queens Empire Tax Professionals Forest Hills, NY 11375 • Hybrid work Empire Tax Adevisors is a fast-growing accounting firm where we thrive when our people thrive. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Hybrid Personal & Marketing Assistant to support our CEO. This is a full-time hybrid role , ideal for someone early in their marketing career or currently pursuing a marketing degree, who also enjoys administrative and personal support responsibilities. Role:
This unique role blends marketing support and personal assistant duties. You’ll work closely with our CEO to keep operations organized and efficient, while also collaborating to execute strategic initiatives.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in executing marketing strategies Create engaging social media content Perform executive cold outreach Write high-converting marketing copy Use Canva to develop branded graphics and materials Track, schedule, and organize content
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate complex business and personal calendars, including Zoom scheduling Organize digital files across multiple Google Drives Perform research and handle personal errands or administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times Create spreadsheets, take meeting notes, and maintain internal systems (Google Suite, Asana, etc.) Make calls, respond to messages, and help the CEO stay on track Book travel and accommodations Review credit card transactions weekly and maintain accurate records
Who You Are:
A proactive problem solver with a passion to learn and grow Detail-oriented and adaptable, with excellent communication skills Eager to work in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of responsibilities Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools Ideally based in NYC (required for occasional in-person needs)
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative support role Experience with Google Suite, Canva, Asana, and social media platforms Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
