Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in the development, implementation, and management of social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to drive audience engagement and grow brand presence. + Create, curate, and schedule visually appealing and engaging social media content, including posts, images, videos, and stories. + Monitor social media channels, respond to messages and comments in a timely manner, and foster an interactive relationship with the community. + Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and social media efforts using analytics tools to measure success and recommend improvements. + Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing campaigns, events, and projects. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content development, to align social media plans with overall marketing strategies. + Stay informed on the latest trends and tools in social media and digital marketing to recommend innovative approaches. + Support the creation and proofreading of marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, brochures, and presentations. + Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization; familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms is a plus. + Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. + Creative mindset with attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. + Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment. + Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving marketing trends and tools.
