Marketing Assistant Pine Hill Trailers & Manufacturing 5140 Martin Drive, Gap, PA 17527 Job Summary Pine Hill is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Chief Growth Officer in driving brand visibility and market expansion. This role plays a vital part in executing marketing strategies that align with Pine Hill’s business goals and culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about moving the company forward through effective, data-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities Work with the CGO to implement and manage marketing campaigns across print and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency, timely execution, and campaign effectiveness. Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns via Google and Social Media, using analytics to track performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI. Manage social media accounts and execute consistent content strategies using written, visual, and multimedia content aligned with Pine Hill’s brand voice. Assist in creating campaign deliverables such as print materials, subscriber emails, event promotions, and branded items — collaborating with vendors and MarComm partners. Maintain and utilize marketing analytics dashboards to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and reports to the CGO. Collaborate with internal departments, sales teams, and MarComm partners to ensure marketing strategies support company goals and sales efforts. Assist in researching, planning, and executing trade shows and events, and managing promotional materials, keeping them updated and organized. Conduct market research and competitor analysis, create surveys to assess customer experiences, and present findings to inform marketing strategy. Qualifications & Skills (What You Know)
Marketing Channels:
Understanding of both traditional (print) and digital platforms, including best practices and audience targeting.
Content Development:
Ability to create compelling content — written, visual, and multimedia — that aligns with brand voice.
Campaign Material Management:
Experience producing and managing various marketing assets, from print to digital deliverables.
Analytics and Reporting:
Familiarity with tracking tools and presenting metrics to support marketing strategy.
Google Analytics:
Ability to track and analyze web traffic and campaign performance.
Social Media Advertising:
Knowledge of ad creation, management, and optimization on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Market Research:
