Osprey Village is a groundbreaking nonprofit organization dedicated to building a supportive, inclusive residential community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As we grow, we’re seeking a passionate Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us amplify our mission while keeping daily operations organized and efficient. About the

Role:

This hybrid role combines marketing support with administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and help tell the story of Osprey Village while ensuring smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:

Create and schedule social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials Assist in website content updates and email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp/Constant Contact) Support storytelling efforts — resident features, blog writing, community spotlights Coordinate marketing events, outreach, and PR activities Manage marketing contact lists, image libraries, and event promotions

Administrative Support:

Manage leadership calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting notes Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Support donor relations — database updates and acknowledgment letters Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and office management tasks Provide event support — venue coordination, catering, invitations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years’ experience in marketing support, nonprofit administration, or related roles Google Workspace, social media platforms; Canva/Adobe skills a plus Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize Experience with CRM databases (Bloomerang, Salesforce etc.) is a plus Passion for building inclusive communities and supporting nonprofit missions
