Largely involved in internal administrative and finance processes across commercial teams
Work closely across functions to handle requests between departments and ensure all standard operating procedures are not compromised
Communicating regularly with finance department to ensure all regulations are adhered to
Managing cash flow and budgets within commercial teams
Support the marketing team in administrative and ad hoc tasks Job Requirements High level of moral integrity as this person will be dealing with sensitive information with legal responsibilities
Able to work well in teams and highly adaptable, with strong passion and positive work attitude
Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
