As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and creative Associate Director of Marketing to support and expand our digital footprint and marketing strategy. Position Summary The Associate Director of Marketing plays a pivotal role in executing and supporting Blue Line Solutions’ marketing initiatives. This role focuses on digital content creation, advertising, and the strategic deployment of marketing assets across various platforms. This position partners closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborates with departments to ensure brand consistency, visibility, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Digital Advertising & Analytics Plan, design, and deploy digital ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X. Analyze and report on ad performance, optimizing campaigns based on data and business goals. Content Creation & Social Media Create and coordinate content for social media, blogs, press releases, newsletters, and more. Support branding efforts by creating visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Oversee social media deployment in partnership with marketing support staff.
SEO, SEM
& Website Conduct SEO research and support SEO/SEM strategy implementation. Assist with website design and edits and content development to drive visibility and engagement. Contribute to web asset creation, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Campaign & Calendar Coordination Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on the development of the marketing calendar. Execute initiatives in alignment with the company’s advertising and communication goals. Email Marketing Support email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated drip campaigns. Apply A/B testing and audience segmentation strategies to maximize engagement. Conferences, RFPs, and Marketing Collateral Contribute to conference booth design, giveaways, messaging, and logistics. Provide graphic support for RFPs and PI&E (Public Information & Education). Assist with updates to the company prospectus and other product marketing documents. Team Collaboration & Support Mentor and coordinate with Marketing Support Staff on social media, design, giveaways, and ad tracking tasks. Participate in cross-departmental strategy discussions, aligning marketing activities with sales and company goals. Innovation & Growth Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools. Assist in building professional development paths based on interests and skills.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in traffic safety, tech, or SaaS. Top Skills Digital ad targeting experience with a focus on Google Ads and GA4. Strong digital content design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Requirements Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and LinkedIn campaign tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace . Preferred Experience with email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and CRM/marketing automation tools. Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Platforms, or other marketing tools are a plus. Experience with target audience
