In this role, you’ll assist the management team with the implementation and execution of local campaigns through B2B grassroots marketing efforts, as well as advertising strategies and social media content. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. The Offer:
Beginning base hourly rate: $15/hr (or equivalent base salary) The position usually includes 3-4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, which is about 20-32 hours per week. Base pay and Bonuses are paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. In addition to the Base Pay, a Bonus of $20 will be paid for each referral who come in as a new patient based on your trackable QR code scans. (This depends on your ability to gain the prospective patient’s commitment to visit a clinic, and we’ll teach you how to run those reports for full transparency.) Flexible hours
Paid Time Off Accrual Holidays:
Employees will be paid for the following seven (7.5) holidays IF they fall on your scheduled workday: [New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (1/2 day), Christmas Day] Employees also receive complimentary chiropractic care Responsibilities The applicant must have reliable transportation and be willing to market in the areas surrounding our clinics: Hixson, North Shore, Hamilton, Cleveland, and Fort Oglethorpe Develop and maintain relationships with like-minded providers and businesses for mutually beneficial referrals Schedule, set up, and attend tabling events at local gyms, health fairs, and community events to hand out branded merchandise and promotional items and encourage people to visit our clinics. Reach out to schools to discuss ways that we can support them with sponsorships and teacher appreciation events. Create/Share Social Media Content – Create and share fun, appealing content focusing on images and video to create brand awareness and organic leads. If you’re generally tech savvy and familiar with Facebook and Instagram, training and posting ideas are provided by The Joint Corporate.
Note :
Part of your initial training will include learning how to work in the clinics at the reception position so that you understand the model and know what the patient experience is like. You may also be needed to cover the reception desk in a clinic one day each week or in the event that an employee and back-up employee are both sick or on vacation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Outside Sales (Required) Marketing (Preferred) Social Media Marketing (Preferred) Must be able to efficiently market and sell Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills Must be familiar and/or proficient with image/video editing tools ranging from CANVA to Photoshop as well as editing phone APPS Basic photography and video shooting skills You must be a team player who can handle being in a fast-paced environment.
