Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of technology sales, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance. Negotiate contracts with clients and partners to secure profitable agreements. Utilize EPICOR and other CRM tools to track sales performance and customer interactions. Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Experience Proven experience in sales management, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making. Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing deals. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift. TROY positions hours are subject to change based on TROY management decision. TRAVEL Up to 25% of the time.
