Event Marketing Assistant:
Engage and assess potential customers at local events to drive brand awareness and generate revenue efforts. Work hands-on throughout the duration of each event. Promote and enhance awareness for our clients products and services Participate in training sessions to grasp essential client details and company processes. Maintain records of field activities and sales. Foster effective communication with teams across departments. Following initial training, assist in supervising team members to meet promotional event objectives. Shadow management personnel to gain a comprehensive understanding of team management and strategies for fostering a positive customer experience at events. Preferred Skills and Experience for the
Event Marketing Assistant:
Exceptional communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings. A strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service for clients and potential donors. A knack for quick thinking and problem-solving when challenges arise. A strong aspiration to assume a leadership role and further develop management skills. Prior experience in promotional marketing, event management, volunteer work, brand ambassadorship, sales, customer service, or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
