Primary Objectives Establish, promote & maintain the company brand. Develop a strategy & execute tactics that communicate the company brand. message consistently across all marketing platforms to generate business. Brand development for all printed collateral, social media, direct marketing mail & email campaigns, & promotional items (free Merch for clients/prospects). Manage & update websites. Add/update content to website template

Regularly assist team to manage & enhance agent’s social media presence Create & produce marketing videos for promotional use on social media platforms, email & websites. Assist with the coordination & planning of client & vendor appreciation events Manage & monitor client reviews posted to social media, Google or elsewhere. Write content & create graphic designs for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, listing brochures, & all other marketing material. Following :
Writing Demonstrated, above average creative & professional writing skills is required. Internet Intermediate website skills are required (NO coding needed). Social Media Marketing experience required. Design An ability to create original marketing material with design skills is a must. Candidate must have the ability to write original content as well as design. Please provide examples of Design Work & Writing Skills Microsoft Programs Word, Excel And/or Google Workspace programs and tools. Design Software Adobe knowledge (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred. Canva. Video Editing/Production Such as iMovie, Adobe, Instagram Position Specifics
