Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing & Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive sales growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market trends. As a Brand Marketing & Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of our brand in the marketplace with strong experience in digital marketing and apparel brand building. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and storyteller who can lead innovative marketing campaigns, drive digital engagement, and elevate Mojo’s presence across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about the coastal lifestyle, thrives in creative environments, and knows how to make a brand stand out both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development Lead the development and execution of a cohesive brand marketing strategy across all channels. Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging in all campaigns and communications. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape. Position Mojo as a leader in the coastal lifestyle and performance fishing apparel space. Digital Marketing & E-commerce Sales and Growth Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, influencer partnerships). Content creation across social media, email, and website platforms. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to boost website traffic, conversion rates, and online sales. Campaign Management & Content Creation Conceptualize and execute seasonal and product-specific marketing campaigns. Partner with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create compelling content. Use storytelling and visual media to connect with the outdoor, fishing and sports community. Wholesale, B2B & Retail Marketing Support Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that attract new wholesale and retail partners Create marketing toolkits, lookbooks, and line sheets to support B2B sales Support account acquisition and retention through trade show strategies, in-store activations, and targeted outreach Tailor campaigns to resonate with dealers, outfitters, coastal retailers, and national buyers Analytics, Budgeting & ROI Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc. Efficiently manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to high-performing channels. Regularly report on KPIs, customer engagement, and campaign ROI.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in brand marketing and digital media, preferably in apparel, lifestyle, or outdoor industry. Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Geo Targeting Sales and AI tools. Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager. Experience developing content and marketing tools for both DTC and retail. Exceptional project management and creative direction skills. Strong skills in developing and growing DTC sales and B2B accounts. Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement. Strong knowledge of the apparel industry, including product lifecycle and seasonal campaigns. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial acumen in managing brand expenditures. A creative mindset with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable. Must be willing to travel as needed. Self-starter with a passion for outdoor lifestyle, fishing, or coastal culture is a big plus.
