You’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, generating high-quality leads, and positioning Acclinate as the trusted partner for inclusive research and clinical trial success.
Description What You’ll Do:
Campaign Execution Develop, manage, and optimize multichannel B2B marketing campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, LinkedIn, events) that speak directly to clinical operations, DEI leaders, and medical affairs teams. Sales Enablement Create compelling pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and nurture content that helps our sales team close deals and build long-term relationships. Content Development Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content, blogs, and newsletters that demonstrate Acclinate’s expertise and impact. Analytics & Optimization Track campaign KPIs, measure ROI, and continually refine marketing strategies based on performance data.
What We’re Looking For:
4-6 years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in health tech, pharma, life sciences, or SaaS) Proven ability to build full-funnel marketing programs that drive revenue Strong understanding of the clinical trial process and the challenges of patient recruitment and retention Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) A collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for mission-driven work
