Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategic Planning Lead the development and execution of Arlington’s marketing framework across all properties. Mentor and inspire the marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Align marketing strategies with company-wide goals and growth objectives. Brand & Creative Management Oversee brand integrity and ensure cohesive messaging across internal and external campaigns. Collaborate with development and leasing teams on community brand positioning and launch strategies. Marketing Strategy & Performance Develop and manage data-driven marketing campaigns to drive leasing and elevate performance. Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies based on campaign results and market trends. Team Development & Collaboration Identify training opportunities, build internal partnerships, and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration. Define roles and responsibilities between site-level, regional, and corporate teams. Vendor & Partnership Oversight Manage third-party marketing vendors, including performance reviews, contract negotiations, and onboarding. Stay current with emerging technologies and marketing solutions. Communications & Public Relations Guide internal and external communication strategies, including PR initiatives and crisis response. Oversee the corporate digital presence and maintain a consistent brand voice. Systems & Technology Work closely with systems and operations teams to maximize marketing technology and CRM tools. Monitor SEO performance, system usage, and automation tools for optimization. Reporting & Business Growth Provide marketing performance insights to stakeholders and ownership groups. Support third-party business development with strategic materials, pitchbooks, and market differentiation efforts. # MKT2025

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field required 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within real estate or multifamily housing Deep understanding of integrated marketing, digital platforms, SEO, and branding Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., RentCafé, CRM IQ), SEO tools, analytics dashboards, and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Work Environment:

This role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hybrid/remote work model. Occasional travel is required for property visits, strategic meetings, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive portfolio-wide marketing excellence.

Physical and Visual Activities:

This is primarily a desk-based role with extended computer use. Requires regular visual focus for reviewing digital assets, marketing collateral, and strategic reports. Occasional travel and lifting (up to 15 lbs.) of materials may be required.
