Playfly Sports is looking for a Manager, Member Services and Marketing to join our team in Auburn, AL Playfly Max is seeking a Manager of Subscriptions & Member Services for Playfly Max to manage the On To Victory Membership Platform, combining innovative thinking with a strong business mindset to deliver engaging and impactful programming through the fan membership platform and drive measurable business outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
Develop and execute a comprehensive membership services strategy, aligning content and services with Playfly’s overall branding, business, and audience objectives Work with, and lead, the broader marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with members and prospective members alike, deepening engagement, and increasing awareness and relevance of the OTV brand Provide partner institution with administrative, operational, and programming assistance tied to sponsorships, event activations, strategic partnerships, engagement opportunities, and more Balance long-term content planning with the flexibility to respond to dynamic, real-time shifts in the college sports landscape, ensuring that programming remains relevant, timely, and aligned with both strategic goals and current trends Identify key storytelling opportunities to drive narratives about institutional partnerships and engagements secured with the assistance of Playfly’s services Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and work across internal teams to feed reporting dashboards used to make real-time decisions Regularly analyze membership performance metrics and leverage data and insights to understand audience behavior and preferences, provide actionable recommendations, and implement findings to maximize retention of members Work with internal team members and departments to proactively and transparently deliver necessary communications to partner institutions, ensuring they are aware of key processes, updates, and requirements Build a rapport and strengthen relationships with key contacts and stakeholders at partner institutions Act as a key operational resource for partner institutions, ensuring they have the tools, insights, and support needed to run efficiently Share knowledge and collaborate across Playfly teams, documenting and circulating successful revenue strategies, best practices, and case studies from different partnerships Support and communicate Playfly initiatives, ensuring quality standards are always maintained. WHAT YOU’LL BRING 1-3
years’ experience in the sports or subscriptions industry Bachelor’s degree in sport management, event management, business administration, or related field Organized and autonomous work habits, both independently and within a team setting Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage stressful situations while remaining adaptable High level of computer literacy Understanding of financial concepts tied to partnerships and event management Passion for sports, client service, and partnership building Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
