Your efforts will include managing paid search (Google Ads), SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns. You will work closely with executive team. You will be responsible for building our marketing and sales teams to optimize the user experience, generate high-quality leads, and increase client engagement across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities:
Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results daily. Execute, and manage all digital marketing initiatives including
SEO, SEM
(paid search), social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance client acquisition, brand visibility, and online presence. Paid Search & SEM (Google Ads): Oversee Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing) and optimize them for maximum ROI. Perform keyword research, monitor ad performance, and continuously improve ad strategies to meet patient acquisition goals. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website. Ensure the website is optimized for search engines and provides relevant, engaging content. Create, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and LinkedIn. Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to improve strategies. Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels and platforms.
Email Marketing & Campaigns:
Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage current patients, and promote services. Segment and target email lists based on behavior, demographics, and engagement to optimize performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Zoho Campaign Optimization:
Continuously monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust improve performance and reach. Develop A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Budget Management:
Manage, and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize
ROI Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid search, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Google Ads certification preferred). In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices , keyword research, and on-page optimization. Experience managing Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram advertising. Proficiency in Google Analytics and HubSpot for analytics, reporting, and lead generation. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as ZOHO, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact. Experience with display advertising platforms (e.g., Google Display Network, Facebook Ads) is preferred.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns. Strong creativity, imagination, and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
