Summary:

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing efforts and serve as a strategic partner to the business. This role will own all marketing initiatives and drive the marketing strategy for the business unit’s cutting-edge products. Your focus will be on aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, creating impactful campaigns, and delivering measurable results. As a Product Marketing Manager at Frontgrade, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to shape product positioning, launch strategies, and sustained growth plans, making a tangible impact on the success of our offerings.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary marketing partner for the business unit leader, ensuring alignment of marketing goals with business objectives. Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns that effectively target key audiences. Own and execute the product marketing strategy for Frontgrade products, from market research and positioning to product launches and ongoing campaigns. Collaborate with product management to translate market insights into actionable strategies and recommendations. Plan and execute an annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business milestones. Create, manage, and optimize high-value marketing assets, including white papers, product brochures, webinars, and videos. Represent the product as a thought leader, internally and externally, championing its value and competitive edge. Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and deliver accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Communications (Bachelor’s degree) or Marketing (Bachelor’s degree) Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. (14) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. (8) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree. (5) years of experience may be considered w/a PhD. Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful product marketing strategies and demand generation campaigns. Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and influence across teams. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft products. Metrics-driven decision-making to analyze results and refine strategies for optimal impact. Expertise in managing cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve marketing goals. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, customer engagement, demand generation and sales enablement strategies. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Pay Range:

$115,353 – $146,947 annually . Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well business results.
