Field Marketing Manager 2 That Do, LLC Russellville, AR 72801 Field Marketing Manager Role Summary Duties & Responsibilities The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving high-quality lead flow for the painting business through a combination of job site marketing, door-to-door outreach, and previous client reactivation.

Their key duties include:

Job Site Marketing ( total ownership of whole process ) Identifying high-value job sites to market around and planning execution. Placing yard signs and distributing door hangers in targeted neighborhoods. Conducting door-knocking campaigns around active and past job sites. Tracking the effectiveness of marketing efforts using a spreadsheet. Previous Client Outreach Calling past clients to check on completed work. Asking for referrals and re-engaging past clients for new projects. Sending follow-up emails and texts to past clients. Strategic Partner Outreach Researching and reaching out to potential business partners (realtors, interior designers, property managers, other home service businesses, General contractors etc ). Setting up meetings between the business owner and potential partners.(

Key KPI:

# of meetings set ) Maintaining a database of leads and follow-ups. Sales Support & Lead Qualification Handling initial lead inquiries. Pre-qualifying potential clients before passing them to the estimator. ( LOSC ) Scheduling estimates. Schedule Total number of hours dependant on business needs Minimum 20 hours per week (flexible, with an emphasis on evenings and weekends).

Typical Weekly Breakdown:

12 hours of job site marketing (signs, flyers, door hangers). 5-6 hours of previous client follow-up calls. 3-5 hours of strategic partner outreach. 1-2 of admin / planning 2-4 hrs of lead nurcher ( LOSC )

Compensation Base Pay:

$15/hour for marketing tasks such as flyer distribution, sign placement, and calls.

Bonus:

~$40 per qualified, attended estimate set and OR coffee meeting set with strategic partnership. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $35-$50 per hour, depending on performance.

Additional Benefits:

Leads Generated:

~48 new leads per month minimum

Estimates Scheduled:

35 confirmed estimates per month minimum.

Client Engagement:

100+ previous client outreach calls per month.

Strategic Partner Meetings Set:

4+ per month.

Conversion Rate:

At least 40% of estimates booked should result in jobs. !

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$15.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
