Job Description

Our client is looking for a Manager of Experiential Creative to join their team. This role requires working on-site in Stamford, CT four days a week, with one day remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative strategy and execution of experiential activations, in-store campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Drive in-store activation and drive-to-store campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Oversee creative development and execution to elevate the in-store experience, enhance shopper engagement, and drive retail sales and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated, omnichannel marketing experiences for new and returning customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process, ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and sales goals.
  • Ensure all creative assets support in-store traffic, product promotions, and retail conversion goals while overseeing video, print, and digital creative execution to provide a seamless experience across multiple touchpoints.
  • Work closely with retail operations, marketing, media, and event teams to deliver unified and impactful experiential campaigns while managing relationships with third-party vendors, production partners, and agencies, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Use customer insights, retail analytics, and shopper behavior data to optimize creative and experiential strategies.
  • Continuously explore emerging retail trends, experiential marketing innovations, and digital engagement tools to enhance the in-store experience and measure campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in retail marketing, experiential activations, or creative management

  • A portfolio is required! Either a portfolio or a PDF listing previous roles etc.
  • Deep understanding of video, print, and digital creative.
  • Expertise in retail marketing, experiential activations, and vendor management.
  • Brand or agency experience working with retail stores, in-store merchandising, and experiential marketing.
  • Strong background in vendor and agency management, ensuring seamless execution of retail activations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with retail teams, field operations, marketing, and merchandising partners.
  • Can develop high-impact, sales-driving creative campaigns across print, digital, and video.

Can balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring measurable impact on store traffic and sales.
