Lead the all® free clear commercial business including annual business planning, launch of new product line extensions with cross-functional team, customer growth plans in partnership Commercial Strategy, and ongoing monthly S&OP process.
Lead medical marketing program to continue to reach Healthcare Professionals with relevant messaging along key touchpoints including conferences and point of care.
Support the development and execution of shopper marketing and national promotion programs to help drive consumer awareness, education and conversion. Some of these programs may include shopper marketing, ecommerce, social, and digital.
Review brand performance and provide recommendations
Manage two direct reports
What makes you a good fit
BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Social Sciences – Psychology, Sociology, Economics), MBA preferred
5-7 years experience in CPG brand management and/or marketing
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills required to be able to lead projects, partner cross-functionally, and work independently. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; attention to detail; strong analytical skills; solid financial acumen.
Ability to analyze market and research data and derive insights that lead to actions designed to generate incremental sales and profits.
Creative mindset and agency management experience

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
