- $190,000 /yr Posted April 09, 2025 Our client in the telecommunications space is looking for a Senior Director of Integrated Residential Advertising to join their team.
This is a full time role. This is an onsite role in Fairfield County, CT (4 days/week onsite, 1 day/week remote). Office is accessible from Metro North. The Sr.
Director of Integrated Residential Advertising Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns that effectively engage diverse audience segments including general market and multicultural audiences through omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and executional excellence.
- Develop campaigns that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are inclusive, culturally relevant, and impactful through development strategies that connect with diverse customer segments through tailored messaging, creative, and media placements.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and creative development to execution and performance optimization, ensuring marketing initiatives align with customer journey insights, and delivering personalized and relevant messaging across touchpoints.
- Lead an integrated marketing approach across digital, social, paid media, direct marketing, TV, email, retail, and call center channels, creating a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, advertising, or omnichannel campaign management
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact. Expertise in audience segmentation, multicultural marketing, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong experience in brand storytelling, digital marketing, paid media, and direct response marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agency partnerships
- Can leverage data-driven insights, performance analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools to optimize campaigns
- Must be resourceful, eager to learn, and able to adapt to an ever-evolving work environment and industry
- Experience in Social and Content strategy. Extensive social strategy and dynamic ad placement understanding
- Experience using AI tools for social creative
- Ability to optimize creative output and expand social presence
- Media background and experience in direct-response advertising
- Compensation will include base salary, bonus, and stock equity.
