As we continue to grow, we are looking for a digitally savvy marketer to join our team to help scale our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond. Position Overview We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow our TikTok and Meta (Instagram & Facebook) platforms. You’ll be the key driver behind our social media strategy, community engagement, content creation, and affiliate/ambassador programs for both brands. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Own and manage our TikTok and Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook). Develop and execute creative, platform-native content that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness. Monitor trends, sounds, and viral moments to capitalize on real-time opportunities. Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and foster a loyal community. Content Strategy & Creative Execution Plan, produce, and manage a content calendar for both Field Trip and Defender Bar. Coordinate with designers, creators, and internal teams to develop engaging visuals and videos. Organize and lead product shoots, UGC campaigns, and branded content development. Affiliate & Ambassador Program Management Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliate partners. Build relationships with content creators to support ongoing collaborations. Track performance, provide assets, and optimize program effectiveness. Analytics & Optimization Monitor platform analytics and campaign performance. Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Qualifications Experience managing brand accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and/or Facebook. Strong creative instincts with a pulse on social media trends, memes, and viral content. Proven experience working with influencers, affiliates, or ambassador programs. Excellent copywriting skills tailored to social media audiences. Comfortable with lightweight video editing, Canva, or similar tools. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
