Some responsibilities include:
Provide ongoing marketing support to marketing team and on-site teams across portfolio. Manages the onboarding of each new lease up to ensure brand standards are met and carried through from the marketing plan to opening day. This includes assisting with the ordering TRG signature brand items, property branded collateral and supplies. Creates and develops the marketing plan for upcoming lease ups with the assistance of the marketing team. Spearheads the marketing plan training with the on-site team to ensure all brand standards are met for opening day. Maintains knowledge of CRM and performs daily audits to ensure properties are meeting their benchmarks. Report findings to the marketing team and on-site team to ensure team is trained to meet performance standards. Audits recorded calls, logged tours, and all communication in CRM to ensure the communication matches the property’s identity, the messaging is accurate and clear, and meeting TRG standards. Prepare a portfolio wide performance report each month on individual property performance in the CRM and their progress month over month. Oversees and approves all social media calendars to ensure messaging, content, posting frequency, and pages are up to date and meeting the TRG standards. Assists with stabilized property postings and offers guidance to on-site team to build a compelling social media calendar. Manages the TRG Management social pages by collecting on-going community and company announcements, responds to comments or messages, and keeps each page up to date. Assists with event management for each property by approving each property event calendar for the month ahead, ensuring the events meet the property’s identity. Manages the promotion of both resident and leasing events through email blast creation, online advertising, digital agencies, social media, and the community. Oversees design creation of event flyers and calendars and delivers to the property for promotion. Collects all media assets from on-going property events and files in the TRG Library for future company and leadership events. Manages the post-event satisfaction through on-going surveys and polls, in order to ensure events were successfully activated. Provides recommendations to adjust event calendars as needed based off resident feedback. Develops an on-going outreach calendar with the on-site teams to ensure brokers, preferred employers and local businesses are being reached weekly. Creates and develops email blast content to achieve maximum open rate and click through conversions. Manages and prepares distribution lists and channels, reviews monthly e-mail blast performance with marketing team. Assists in overall content creation and brand management through fielding any flyer or design request throughout portfolio. Enters design request into task management portal and ensures assets are delivered on time. Works with the marketing team to locate the best price for collateral and marketing supplies, reorders as necessary. Researches ideas for new marketing trinkets or move-in gifts that match the community lifestyle. Works with marketing team on signage management, by preparing a temporary and directional signage plan for new lease ups. Researches new signage opportunities with the team, and re-orders signage as needed.
Required Experience:
BA/BS degree required 3-5 years of marketing experience Previous marketing experience in the property management/real estate industry Graphic design and content creation experience a plus Previous leasing experience is a benefit, as this job is required to, from time to time, train, mentor, demonstrate leasing, and perform the leasing role if needed.
