Tues-Thursday onsite and Mon/Fri remote, flexible depending on event schedule. Position Overview The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of market trends in the fashion industry, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive brand growth and customer loyalty.

  • Must come from corporate environment and preferable within Fashion, Apparel, Retail or CPG industry.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Lead the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns that align with brand objectives. Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends and insights for effective marketing initiatives. Collaborate with product marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and product launches. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign performance through data analysis and reporting to optimize future marketing efforts. Engage with retail partners to promote brand initiatives and drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, preferably in the fashion industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in events strategy and audience engagement initiatives. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
