Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Digital Marketing to lead and execute our national digital strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in social media marketing, Google Ads, PPC, SEO, digital campaigns, and web content strategies—with a proven ability to drive visibility, engagement, and admissions across our facilities. Prior experience in the behavioral health or healthcare industry is required , with a strong understanding of the nuances and sensitivities of the substance use and mental health populations. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and brand identity. Lead, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, PPC, and display advertising. Drive organic growth through SEO/SEM strategies, keyword optimization, content development, and technical SEO best practices. Manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) with compelling content and audience engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure website content is aligned with treatment offerings, clinically accurate, SEO-optimized, and conversion-focused. Analyze and report on key performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI of digital initiatives; continuously optimize for better results. Ensure all digital marketing activities are HIPAA-compliant and adhere to ethical standards within behavioral health marketing. Stay informed on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and behavioral health regulations that may impact strategy. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, SEO specialists, content creators, and media buyers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, preferred but not required. Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Direct experience working in the behavioral health or healthcare industry is required. Deep understanding of the substance abuse and mental health populations and how to communicate to them respectfully and effectively. Proficient in platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation tools. Strong grasp of SEO, keyword research, and content strategy. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical considerations in behavioral health marketing.
