Job:

The Director of Integrated Demand Generation possesses a high aptitude for analyzing data, identifying key insights to create compelling and provocative end-to-end campaigns that sets MTN apart, uplifts brand awareness, acquires qualified new opportunities in scaling the sales pipelines across the five business segments at MTN. This leader also has the aptitude in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and nurture leads through the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all digital channels and integrating offline events to drive growth. This leader has a deep understanding in using marketing automation systems to track the customer touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle, including website performance. The Director of Integrated Demand Generation will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

? Ability to understand and translate industry trends into compelling themes for campaigns that differentiate MTN and drive growth from top, middle, and bottom of sales funnel. ? Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to work towards accomplishing a common goal. ? Has a proven track record in hiring, managing, and mentoring teams. ? Proven leadership experience, including managing global marketing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.). ? Experience in demand generation, field marketing, and understanding of partner marketing, with a strong understanding of how these functions contribute to pipeline acceleration. ? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing programs, and demonstrate ROI. ? Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling marketing narratives.

Required Skills/Abilities:

? 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or a related field, preferably in the enterprise SaaS industry. A big plus for those who have experience in marketing to government and nautical industries. ? At least 4 years of experience in building and managing teams. ? 5+ years of experience implementing and managing marketing automation systems and reporting. ? BA in Marketing, Economics, and business administration. MBA preferred. ? Must have a sense of humor. ? Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
