We are seeking an experienced and strategy-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, fostering collaboration with stakeholders and utilizing the appropriate internal processes. Apply a strong data-driven mindset to all marketing activities. Build and sustain partnerships with leaders from other departments, continuously exploring opportunities for Marketing to contribute to company projects. Supervise essential marketing functions, including market research, communications, and strategic planning. Examine market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive environment to guide strategic decisions and marketing initiatives. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment. Oversee the production of all marketing materials and communications, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and standards. Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
