Field Marketing Manager Guardian Impact Windows & Roofing Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 We’re hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead a team of door-to-door canvassers who set appointments for our sales team. You’ll drive a company-provided vehicle, train and motivate your team, manage routes, and help ensure quota goals are met. No selling—just appointment setting.
Requirements:
Must be 21+ with a clean driving record Able to work every other Saturday (10 AM – 3 PM) Strong communication and leadership skills Outgoing, driven, and goal-oriented Physically able to walk 3-5 miles per day Local to the area and able to select productive canvassing routes Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
