Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fractional Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across our three companies with international reach, under common ownership in manufacturing, hospitality (yacht club), and aviation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt marketing approaches to diverse industries, ensuring strong brand positioning, customer engagement, and sales generation aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for each business unit, ensuring alignment with revenue and sales goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities. Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, expanding in existing markets, and cultivating strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue growth. Identify and recommend technology solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business unit systems, such as loyalty programs, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools, to enhance data management and operational efficiency. Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing channels. Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Create and manage content strategies, including website updates, press releases, blogs, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives, customer retention strategies, and business development efforts. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to adjust strategies as needed. Develop and oversee event marketing strategies, including sponsorships, trade shows, and industry networking opportunities. Build and manage marketing data, working with cross-functional teams to establish a structured data strategy that enhances decision-making. Collaborate with external business partners and third-party vendors to align marketing efforts with industry best practices and emerging trends. Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI on marketing campaigns. Provide reporting and analysis to leadership on marketing performance and recommendations for improvement. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing, hospitality, or aviation industries. Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies. Proficiency in procurement software & Microsoft Office Suite. Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, and sales enablement. Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and performance tracking. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of the words, rules of composition and grammar is required. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Experience working in a fractional or consulting capacity is a plus.
