Job Description:
As the lead web experience manager, you will build the content,optimization, and execution strategy for Citrix.com and itsassociated websites. Your focus will be on enhancing the userexperience and supporting our business objectives through ourcustomers’ digital experience on our web properties. You’llcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the Citrixmarketing organization and the Cloud Software Group operationsorganization.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Strategy & Optimization:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to continuously improveweb experiences, focusing on user experience, performance, contentdelivery, and design aesthetics. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align thewebsite’s goals with broader company objectives.
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, contentcreators, and product managers to ensure smooth execution ofwebsite updates and enhancements. Serve as the primary point of contact for web-related requestsfrom various internal teams.
Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) tomeasure website performance, user behavior, and conversionmetrics. Provide regular reports on web performance, user insights, andareas for improvement to stakeholders.
Content & SEO:
Collaborate with content teams and external agency support asneeded to ensure the website is updated regularly with fresh,engaging, and SEO-optimized content. Work with agency partners to monitor SEO performance and helpensure the website is optimized for search visibility anddiscoverability.
Technical Leadership:
Partner with development teams to ensure the website istechnically sound, scalable, and secure. Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industrybest practices, ensuring that the website evolves to meet userneeds and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Experience:
10+ years of experience in web management, digital marketing,or related roles, ideally within a technology or SaaS company. Proven experience in web strategy, user experience, andoptimizing web performance.
Skills:
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, webtechnologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and CMS platforms (WordPress,Drupal, etc.). Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics,SEMrush, etc.) and A/B testing platforms. Strong project management skills with experience using toolslike Jira, Trello, or Asana.
