Marketing Editing Copywriting Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager is a creative and detail-oriented professional who leads the development and execution of marketing materials and communications that enhance member and provider engagement. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on content creation, including graphic design, presentation development, and digital media coordination. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, has a strong eye for design, and is passionate about creating clear, accessible, and effective communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Collateral Development Create and manage the production of a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including calendars, flyers, folders, brochures, and branded content. Presentation Design Design and/or redesign impactful presentations for corporate meetings, training sessions, and community engagement events. May include creating or editing video content to accompany presentations. Member Communications Develop and support the creation and execution of multi-channel communications targeted to members, including email campaigns, text messages, newsletters, postcards, and other outreach efforts. Provider Communications Develop and support the creation and execution of provider-facing materials, including emails, presentations, training materials, manuals, newsletters, and direct mail campaigns. Social Media Management Oversee the development, scheduling, and execution of social media content across all platforms. This includes producing or directing the creation of reels, stories, carousels, videos, and general posts. Promotional Items Management Research, recommend, and coordinate the ordering of promotional apparel and branded items for various marketing and outreach initiatives. Brand Marketing & Compliance Ensure all marketing content and communications align with CCP’s brand identity, tone, and voice. Maintain consistency in visual and written communication across channels. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure materials meet regulatory and branding standards. Readability and Compliance Ensure all member-facing materials adhere to 4th-grade readability standards and meet regulatory and organizational guidelines. Marketing Performance & KPIs Collaborate with internal leaders, team members, agencies, and vendors to help define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of marketing and communications initiatives. Use insights to adjust strategies, improve engagement, and optimize content effectiveness across all channels. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field 5+ years of experience developing innovative marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare, managed care, nonprofit, or public service environments 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Managing digital and social media channels (SMS, email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Strong portfolio of design work and content development
Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and video software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) Strong copywriting and editing skills Outstanding communications and presentation skills with particular emphasis on business writing skills and active listening (proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with various cross-functional partners). Professional maturity, confidence, and competence. Considerable comfort, confidence, and competence when interacting with senior management and other executive-level leaders. Excellent creative, organizational, and project management abilities Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Paubox Marketing) Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Proven track record for meeting or exceeding objectives and goals.
Outstanding partnering and collaboration skills:
